Information and matching service
Find My Sparky provides information and may assist with routing an enquiry to an electrical or related service provider. Submitting a form does not create a confirmed booking, guaranteed response time or contract for trade work.
Contractor relationship
Any quote, booking and trade work is subject to direct agreement between you and the contractor. Confirm the contractor’s identity, licence, insurance, scope, price, timing, warranties and compliance documentation before work begins.
Emergencies
This website is not an emergency response service. Call 000 for fire, smoke, electric shock, injury or immediate danger. Contact the electricity distributor for fallen powerlines or network faults. Do not rely on an email enquiry where urgent action is required.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, disclose known hazards, provide safe access and not request unlawful or unsafe work. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit another person’s details without authority.
