We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, suburb, postcode, contact preference, service requirement, urgency, preferred date and job description. Emailed photos or documents may also contain personal information.

- to review and respond to quote or booking requests;
- to identify an appropriate service category or contractor;
- to communicate about an enquiry;
- to maintain, secure and improve the website; and
- to comply with legal obligations.
Form and email handling
On the deployed website, form information is sent to our server endpoint and delivered to our booking team through our email service provider. Local file previews cannot send the form; the deployed website sends requests through the secure booking endpoint.
Disclosure
We may share relevant enquiry information with a proposed contractor so they can assess or quote the work. We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process limited information where reasonably required to host, secure or operate the website.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet or email transmission is completely secure. Keep urgent safety information out of email and contact emergency services where there is immediate danger.
Access and correction
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold through the booking form.
